Government innovation
Here is a link to another post on a current project -- analyzing governmental choices of innovation mechanisms. It appeared in IP Osgoode Hall's IPilogue blog.
I teach patents and other subjects at DePaul University College of Law, and used to teach patents and clinical intellectual property law at the Washington College of Law, American University. I also used to teach and practice environmental law, and work on the intersections of environmental law and IP law (Convention on Biological Diversity, genetics, and climate change).
